About Pinnacle:

The Pinnacle is a 604-acre planned residential and recreational community on Cedar Creek Lake, one of Texas' largest lakes, and one of the very few that allow you to have a boathouse right outside your back door.  The development's over seven miles of shoreline are punctuated by sheltered coves and inlets.  The community is built around a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course and while it is only 70 minutes southeast of Dallas, it is a world away in tempo and attitude.  The Pinnacle is where you can enjoy the resort life, all year long.

Explore the Pinnacle for yourself.  Look beyond the beauty of the setting, scope, and unity of the plan, and what will strike you is the variety of choices for a home.  Whether you are thinking of building a full-time residence or a second home, we offer a large selection of lots.  You can choose from locations on the water, golf course, or forest.  Unique to Pinnacle, if you choose a golf or forest lot you can still enjoy all the water sports by utilizing Pinnacle's new marina, opening soon.  Hop in your golf cart and drive over to your boat; all the benefits of on-the-water living.  Come see our generous lot sizes and our competitive prices.

Golf Course:  The Don January designed golf course is the area's top rated course, and also the most scenic.  It is a challenging 18-hole golf course, featuring 10 water holes and lots of deer, turtles and ducks that apparently also enjoy golf.  The tree-lined fairways demand your straightest shot, and are a favorite with residents (betting with unsuspecting golf visitors) and many of the area golf pros.

Clubhouse and Restaurant:  The award-winning 11,000 square foot Pinnacle Clubhouse overlooks the lake and is the hub for the monthly social functions the residents and their guests enjoy.  The Club features full-service dining and bar, and the weekly Friday Happy Hour is THE gathering place to meet and make plans for weekend outings with friends and family.  There is a lot to do at Pinnacle.

Boating and Fishing:  Sunset cruises with neighbors and friends are a favorite pastime.  Whether it's just for cocktails or to enjoy an al fresco dinner, you'll find lots of your neighbors out for a cruise, even in February, weather permitting.  During warmer months it's the perfect way to cool off after a day of golf.  Fishermen, of course, are out all year long, even in the coldest weather!

While Cedar Creek Lake has been rated as one of the most desirable places to retire in the country, many of our residents live here and take the hour drive into Dallas on a daily basis during the week.  They will tell you that the traffic from here to Dallas is a lot easier then the drive to or from downtown to North Dallas!…..and then, when you get here, it's a whole different world…..
